Practical Pomology: A Field Guide
Practical Pomology represents generations of apple knowledge and encourages a centuries-old tradition of searching for, observing, and documenting apples.

It provides comprehensive instruction in how to recognize seedling and grafted trees; describe the anatomical features of the apple; and identify the varieties most commonly found in historic orchards.
